These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Debbie Hair Series website and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Debbie Hair Series (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a luxury human hair boutique operating from Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. We sell human hair wigs, bundles, extensions and related accessories. You can reach us at support@debbiehairseries.com.
033. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your province) to place an order. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
044. Products & Accuracy
We make every effort to display colors, textures and details accurately; however, screen displays vary and slight differences are possible. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit or refuse orders where pricing is clearly incorrect.
055. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors; in such cases we will refund any payment already taken. Payment is processed by trusted third-party providers; we do not store your full card details.
066. Shipping
We ship from Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery. Customs, duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.
